The Cottage

Effin is a small parish in County Limerick, Ireland, close to the towns of Kilmallock and Charleville and is within one hour of Limerick City and Cork City. It lies at the foot of the Ballyhoura Mountains. There are 2 pubs in the parish and a coffee shop that operates on the weekends. The space The property is separate to our home with a shared driveway. The entrance to the property is separate. The back courtyard is beside our back yard and is separated with a fence. Guest access There is parking available to to front of the property. The entrance is through a small gate to the left that will bring you into the courtyard. Other things to note We have 2 beautiful labrador pups. They are very affectionate and will give a friendly bark to say hello! They are contained within our back yard and are mainly indoor pets.
