This 1 room is close to all the main areas in Dehradun including Mussorie-30 Km, Synergy hospital-2 Km, Tapkeshwar Temple- 2 Km, Momo street food area-1 Km, nearby Garhi Cantt. Market- 2 Km. IHM - 500m RIMC-1.5Km Robbers cave - 5 Km Property has CCTV for safety and security of guests. We have a free parking space and the approach to the Homestay is easy as the roads are very wide even for a Big SUV to be parked. Cabs are readily available like Ola and Garhwal taxi on call The space We have our property on the main road near DD College. The roads here are 100 feet wide, so parking is not an issue. Guest access The guests can access the main gate upto 10 PM at night, and after that we have a different gate for access for the which keys to the gate will be given to the guests and the guest is requested to lock the gate after entry for security purpose. Other things to note • Please refrain from giving the caretaker any liquor items. • The guest is responsible for his/her items before checkout. • Loud music after 10 PM is not encouraged. • It is prohibited to remove any items from the guest room. • Gambling or any other behavior that is against law is prohibited. • No PETS allowed. • Installation of items other than provided in the guest room is prohibited. • Before leaving the house, please double check all the lights and other electrical equipment is switched off. • Inform us in case the caretaker asks for money. • Any additional overnight visits must be reviewed and approved in advance and must pay an additional price as per our rates. It is the renter`s obligation to ensure that every visitor follows our house rule as well. • Incase of any damage to property included but not limited to bed linens, towels and all that is provided should be notified prior leaving. The cost of replacement/repair of the same will be billed to the guests. • In case you lose something, please notify us so that we can be on a lookout for it while we prepare the home for the next guests.
