Site 23: Tent/Vehicle Camp by horse corral water

Everfree Shire Ranch is an 11 Acre Estate and a wonderful oasis for travelers, wanderers, and the displaced who are seeking an economic alternative to regular campgrounds and parks. Old Campers: Welcome back! Please be aware there have been some changes. This space is only large enough for 1 small to medium sized vehicle. Large vehicles or towed campers are not recommended. Tall vehicles like Sprinter Vans, be advised, if you are over 8 feet tall your vehicle might not fit under the branches. This site is very close to the horses. Do not open the gate! They do not recognize the borders of Rohan. Right now, water is available via hose (from the well / tower system), but you can also use the off-site spigots to fill up from the overflow parking spaces or other unused camp sites. There is a bathroom / laundry combo that is shared with house residents which you may use. If you bring your own shower or outhouse tent / solution, that's fine. This site is scheduled for an upgrade to commercial grade power outlets. Until then, you may bring solar or a generator. Generators must be placed on top of paver stones. They are not allowed on the open ground or grass. Outdoor shower privacy fence is incomplete at the moment so please wear minimum swimsuit or similar attire if you want to use it. The bathroom / laundry area on the side of the house is shared with the house guests, but available for use. Pets must be on a leash / penned for safety. No joke, if your pet leaves the property and runs off to Ryan's side, he's already warned you're probably not getting them back. His property is much larger than mine and he's a busy dude. If you are towing a vehicle and cannot fit it on your site, please ask about overflow parking. Sanitation people only take garbage in 13 gallon bags or larger and cardboard that is flat and tied up with string or twine. If you need bags / a bin, just ask. Other things to note The following rules are as per the Fire Marshall / Emergency Management Coordinator / Deputy EMC's orders * Campers may only plug into commercial grade outlets. Currently the only sites that qualify are 11, 12, and 14 (30 amp) * If you bring a solar array, that is allowed! * Generators and fire pits cannot operate on the ground. They must be on paver stones. * All campers must provide their own ABC rated fire extinguishers * No branch debris allowed on site that is not actively being used for firewood * I must reiterate, do NOT cut down branches from trees! Only use fallen wood. * No debris within 10 feet of the fencelines * All propane tanks, empty or full, must be secured or inside * Do not leave gas cans or aerosol cans lying around anywhere * Holiday lights that are not solar powered can only be up for a maximum of 90 days, even if unplugged. * No items may be placed BESIDE or BEHIND the dumpster. The public dump is open Saturdays. Please make arrangements to use it if you are overburdened by your debris. Use the loose trash bins as a temporary solution! * All RV sewer or gray water tanks MUST be CLOSED and CAPPED, not left open! * The dump station MUST be capped when you are finished using it
