The apartment is located on the 1st floor and contains an open floorplan with a fully equipped kitchen, a livingroom with free Wifi, a widescreen TV, Netflix and lots of boardgames. The bathroom includes a toilet, a walkin shower and free use of towels. You can make a bonfire and enjoy the sunset. The space The apartment is in a row house building with other apartments in the same size. The apartment is located on top of a hillside with oceanview to one side and hillside view to the other. There are free parking included. Guest access The apartment has two floors. You will enter the ground floor and through a lovely staircase you will enter the first floor with kitchen, livingroom area, a bedroom and a lovely bathroom. The Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances. Other things to note This is my private home that I am renting out for my guest. I will be staying another place hile you enjoy my lovely home with oceanview.
