The space SOLID CONSTRUCTION Built entirely of concrete, our home ensures a cool, private, and quiet stay. The structure naturally maintains a comfortable temperature, making AC unnecessary in our fresh mountain climate. OPEN-CONCEPT DESIGN -- FIRST LEVEL: Large living room with a 65" Smart TV, PlayStation (games included), professional pool table, and various board games. We also provide a small table and chairs for children. -- SECOND LEVEL (MASTER LOFT): Accessed via safe stairs with handrails. This beautiful open space includes a Queen bed (1.60m), a bunk bed, and a single bed. Features a private living area, 55" Smart TV, and two powerful remote-controlled fans. NEW FOR MARCH 22: Private full ensuite bathroom with hot water shower on the second level. BEDROOMS & BATHS (FIRST LEVEL) -- BEDROOMS 1 & 2: Each features two comfortable beds (Capri Rest Master 1.40m), 55" Smart TV, and high-power remote fans. -- BATHROOMS: One shared full bathroom + one separate social bathroom. Both include hot water showers. CHEF’S KITCHEN Fully equipped with granite breakfast bar, microwave, and coffee maker. We provide complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, purified water, firewood, and insect repellent. Guest access To provide the best value, we prepare the home based on your reservation size: -- 1 to 2 GUESTS: 1 bedroom + 2 bathrooms (1st level). -- 3 to 4 GUESTS: 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (1st level). -- 5+ GUESTS: Entire home access, including 2nd-level Master Suite and 3rd private bathroom. NOTE: Regardless of group size, you always have EXCLUSIVE access to the entire property, the volcano-view lookout, and all common areas. No other guests will be on-site. ARRIVAL & PARKING -- THE ROAD: We are located 5 min from Juayua Central Park. While a portion is unpaved, it is accessible by ANY vehicle; a 4x4 is NOT required. -- CAUTION FOR SEDANS: If arriving in a low-clearance sedan, please cross the local speed bumps (túmulos) with caution. They are built high by the city for the safety of residents on the main road. -- PARKING (UNCOVERED): Secure, private indoor parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles inside the property. Additionally, up to 2 more vehicles can park safely right outside the main gate. -- PETS: We are Pet-Friendly! Your furry friends are welcome. Other things to note Storage Room: One room in the house is reserved for storage and will remain locked; the rest of the property is entirely yours. Additional Services (Extra Cost): Extra cleaning services and use of the washing machine are available for an additional fee. Please notify us before check-in if you will need to use the laundry facilities. Water Supply Note: While municipal water in Juayúa can be inconsistent, we have an automatic system with two cisterns and an electric pump to ensure a constant supply. No intervention is needed; please do not touch or alter the pump settings. Guest Requirements: We require a valid photo ID from the person booking and the full names of all guests staying.
