First note - Please treat this place as you would treat your own home . 1) Do not dump your luggage, cloths and other stuff on the sofa nor the bed . You can arrange your stuff in the dedicated wardrobe placed for your use and damages or breakages of sofa or any furniture will be assessed and charged for ( so please take care of the furniture) 2) Any damages , liquid spills or food stains dropped on the linen or sofa will be checked and fines will have to be paid . 3) The stay is only for 2 guests ( No children/ infants due to safety concerns) ( it’s a home stay not a hotel stay so please book the place only if one can obide by my house rules mentioned on airbnb ) Thank you . I’ve highlighted this points first because as a host we expect to get the place back the way we hand it over to our beloved customers . Not receiving it in a condition which we expect will cause inconvenience to the next customer . ( And as a customer would you definitely not want the place to messed up with stains and dirt on the walls or the furniture) Studio on the 2nd floor. You get a Private entrance to the apartment . it has a spacious bedroom along with a counter kitchen which includes an electric stove and utensils like pots and pans etc silverware etc , Refrigerator. 10 liter water bottle will be provided for free . The Studio also has an AC , Sofa - Table , bed along with bedside tables and night lamps , along with an attached private toilet and bathroom . Guest access For cooking we provide induction with induction utensils for your daily meals and kettle for boiling water Note ( Groceries wont be provided. You will have to buy it at the nearest super market which is 1 to 2 mintues away walking) Free Wifi 100Mbps unlimited wifi ( ALONG WITH POWER BACKUP FOR WIFI ) Free Drinking water provided ( 10 liter RO purified water bottle will be provided and refilled for free upon request ) parking for two wheelers only ( please park in an appropriate manner to avoid inconvenience to other guests cloths drying stand etc ( So you can light wash your clothing and use the stand for drying ) Home pick up laundry services available ( extra charges ) on check in the laundry contact will be given Home cooked foods service available at reasonable rates ( contact Will be provided) NOTE : Cleaning and linen change on 4th day of arrival ( cleaning will only be sweeping and mopping and washroom will be handed to you spick and span so for your personal hygiene it’s one’s responsibility keep it clean through out your stay) if sweeping required inbetween you can request our house keeping to do so . Towels , body soap, Dish washing liquid, Water 10 liter , toilet paper will be provided at the property and can be requested for upon exhaustion of the product.
