Guest access Access is autonomous through a lockbox located next to the mailbox. The password will be sent to the guest on the day of check-in. Other things to note PARKING: The car must park it inside the private garage of the property as long as it does not exceed 2 meters high to ensure free transit. If vehicle is very high (more than 2 meters) you can leave it in the visitor parking lot which is in front of the clubhouse. For vehicles that are very long and large they will not be able to enter the subdivision due to the difficulty of maneuvering inside it. Do not exceed the speed of 20k within the subdivision for child / pet / pedestrian safety. NUMBER OF GUESTS The number of guests (adults and children) selected when booking must exactly match the people who will check in upon arrival. The base cost is from 1 to 4 people, from the 5th person there is an additional cost of $110 pesos per person per day where the total of 7 guests must not exceed, in case of identifying that the number is greater than the one specified in the reservation, the corresponding additional charge will be made per additional person. It is not allowed to host pets, in case of entry there will be a fine of $500 pesos per day for each one. TIMES We know that sometimes it is necessary to check in earlier or check out a little later. You can ask us if there is availability and we will gladly inform you as well as the costs if applicable. COEXISTENCE: NO parties / gatherings, bands, mariachi and music hours are allowed until 9:00pm, please lower noise after that time by condominium rules. COMMON AREAS: The common areas of the subdivision (clubhouse) may be used as long as an event is not scheduled, its use is EXCLUSIVE to our guests *ask for availability* On MONDAY the use of a pool is FORBIDDEN for maintenance and presence of chemicals.
