The space Located north of the city, close to the prime areas where, just minutes away, you can find the best restaurants, cafes, supermarkets such as Walmart (4 min), IMSS Hospital No. 3 (1 min), Altaria shopping center (12 min), Feria Nacional de San Marcos (25 min), OXXO and services in general, as well as roads with quick access to the rest of the city and the main industrial areas such as Parque del Valle de Aguascalientes (PIVA). We're always available to our guests. We look forward to welcoming you soon! Guest access Access is autonomous through a lockbox located next to the mailbox. The password will be sent to the guest on the day of check-in. Other things to note PARKING: The car must park it inside the private garage of the property as long as it does not exceed 2 meters high to ensure free transit. If vehicle is very high (more than 2 meters) you can leave it in the visitor parking lot which is in front of the clubhouse. For vehicles that are very long and large they will not be able to enter the subdivision due to the difficulty of maneuvering inside it. Do not exceed the speed of 20k within the subdivision for child / pet / pedestrian safety. NUMBER OF GUESTS The number of guests (adults and children) selected when booking must exactly match the people who will check in upon arrival. The base cost is from 1 to 4 people, from the 5th person there is an additional cost of $110 pesos per person per day where the total of 7 guests must not exceed, in case of identifying that the number is greater than the one specified in the reservation, the corresponding additional charge will be made per additional person. It is not allowed to host pets, in case of entry there will be a fine of $500 pesos per day for each one. TIMES We know that sometimes it is necessary to check in earlier or check out a little later. You can ask us if there is availability and we will gladly inform you as well as the costs if applicable. COEXISTENCE: Parties/gatherings, bands, musical groups, and mariachis are NOT allowed, and the permitted time for music is until 9:00 PM; after that time, noise must be kept down in accordance with condominium rules. Smoking marijuana or using drugs of any kind or variants is not allowed inside the property. * Penalty: Should security or management report a violation of any of the points listed, your stay may be terminated early. COMMON AREAS: You may use the subdivision's common areas (basketball court and pool only); their use is EXCLUSIVELY for our guests, so it is prohibited to receive outside visitors in these areas. In the event of non-compliance, the potential penalty indicated in the “COMMUNITY LIVING” section will be applied. On MONDAY the use of a pool is FORBIDDEN for maintenance and presence of chemicals.
