To make sure this special place remains a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask for careful handling of the volume. Our apartment is ideal for guests who appreciate peace and quiet – parties and noisy gatherings are therefore not allowed. Bachelor/ette parties are also undesirable. To ensure that the relaxed ambience is maintained, a volume meter is installed. This only measures the noise levels without recording conversations or other private activities. Here you can experience the best of Ludwigsburg up close. Centrally located, you can easily reach all the highlights of the city and its surroundings from here. In the evening, you can end the day in the cozy living room with atmospheric light and a glass of wine. Our three separate bedrooms each offer you a high-quality king-size bed. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping options. The apartment is therefore ideal for families, business travelers and larger groups. Amenities and comfort: The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle and everything you need to feel at home. The large wooden table can accommodate up to 8 people and can also be used as a work area. Our two bathrooms are modern and comfortable – one has a shower and daylight, the other one has a bathtub. Towels, soap and a hairdryer are available. Dish towels and dishwasher tabs await you in the kitchen. Guest access: The whole apartment is at your disposal. Personal check-in by the host. More details: We provide fresh bed linens and towels as well as coffee and a selection of teas. Additional services such as late check-out and mid-stay cleaning can be booked upon request. In addition, we inform you that we have installed a noise meter from Minut in the apartment to avoid high noise levels. Therefore, bachelor parties are undesirable with us. Thank you!
