Train station is 5 min drive. Smoking not allowed The space We are a Hindu couple who have been blessed with a beutiful Home. We rent this home out as a way to offer hospitality, serve the guests and be a blessing to the world. The Private room is nested in a quiet part of Blacktown. You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with myself and my husband. This room is ideal for one person who wants a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The home is close to the shopping mall, public transport, nearby hospitals or simply getaway. You can also access any part of the shared amenities (backyard). You are welcome to park your vehicle on the street. You will be provided with check-in instructions the day before you arrive. House Maindoor key and your room key will be provided on arrival During your stay - I will be around to assist but for the most part, you will be given autonomy and independence. - You will be provided instructions on how to self-check in the day before you arrive. if there is any issue when you check in - Please reach out if you have any questions. We do not offer bookings over 90 days. About the Home: Me and my husband cleans the room and home regularly. After each guest leaves, I disinfects common surfaces and floors as well as changes all bed sheets and towels. This ensures that all guests stay in a clean environment. The houses are in a discrete corner block ensuring that you will have a comfortable and quiet sleep. The backyard is HUGE and offers an outdoor seating area. Because we own the properties, live in the property and self-manage it ourselves, we are better equipped to serve the guests. Unique to our home: Please note the following House Rules before booking: 1. Smoking OUTDOOR ONLY. 2. Strict NO PARTY policy. No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules This property is in a residential area with permanent residents nearby. We have a no-party, no-noise policy. If we get a complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately plus a full bond will be claimed. No questions asked. If you are planning a party please book elsewhere. 3. No pets are allowed 4. Children. We welcome children of all ages to our property. Please take into consideration steps and balconies for the safety of your children before booking. Please note there are no baby gates or stair barriers and supervision is the responsibility of the parents and/or guardians. Supervision of children around stairs, porches, roads, driveways and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of accompanying parents/guardians and we dont accept no responsibility. 5. Please minimize noise between 9 PM to 9 AM. No excessive music or loud noise between 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. The majority of our neighbours live here full-time. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property.
