The Lititz Cottage

Welcome to The Lititz Cottage, a quaint cottage style home in the heart of historic downtown Lititz. Your stay has been meticulously designed with decor and furniture sourced from local shops, ensuring a relaxing getaway or family vacation! The space When you step in the front door you are greeted by our "Welcome" table. Outfitted with a large board with information that is helpful for your stay, this is the perfect place to drop your keys and your phone and begin to unwind. As you step into the living area you will instantly feel that cozy vibe, we all look for on a getaway. Furnished with two large reclining sofas, a large smart TV, a beautiful large brick fireplace and plenty of seat options, this living room is perfect for kicking back and relaxing. Next to the sofas is a round table perfect for game nights! Plenty of games are provided, in case you forgot to bring your own. If you finish reading a good book during your stay, no worries! On the bookshelf there are books where guests choose a book to take with them and leave one in its place! Each bedroom on the first floor is outfitted with a cozy queen bed and a large 55” smart TV for guests to get away and decompress. The two bedrooms on the first floor share one bathroom with a tile shower and floating vanity. Upstairs is the primary owner’s suite with a large king bed, a private bathroom with a tile shower, and a 55” smart TV. Through the kitchen and out the side door, you are led out into an enclosed porch and newly installed composite deck where you will want to sip your morning coffee and take in the Lancaster County fresh air! Guest access The Lititz Cottage is less than a 1-mile drive into downtown Lititz with lots of parking, free and metered. Lancaster City is a quick 20-minute drive. Other notable towns to visit: Ephrata, Manheim, Strasburg, Hershey, and Intercourse. Philadelphia is a 1.5-hour drive, Baltimore 1.5-hour drive, Washington DC 2.5-hour drive, New York City less than 3-hour drive Other things to note We do not allow parties or events to take place in the cottage. If this rule is found to be broken you will be asked to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be given. We do not allow pets. We ask that you leave the cottage as you found it, intact and clean. These measures are in place for the safety of our guests and the preservation of the cottage.
