Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This is a lovely master bedroom in a relatively new home, with a private bathroom for ultimate comfort. I like to provide all the little comforts like tea, coffee, fresh milk, shower gel and towels. It’s a home away from home. The space A reasonable sized master bedroom with access to a widescreen smart television (with access to streaming services). The room has access to a built-in wardrobe, which you are more than welcome to use. The en-suite has a shower and toilet. The room has access to a smart heating meter, if required, please use at your convenience and adjust the temperature to your needs. The room will also have access to a cold fan and an electric blanket- for those warm and cold nights! Whilst I have put that you will share areas with me (the host), it's likely that you will not see me as I tend to spend a lot of time in my garden office, I work long hours 4 days a week. However, please don't hesitate to say hello or ask any questions regarding the property. Guest access You are more than welcome to use the living room, kitchen and back garden facilities. During your stay If you require anything whilst staying at the property, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me in person. Other things to note I am close to Bridgend town, Bridgend train station, Police Headquarters, Princess of Wales hospital and Porthcawl. Very close to motorway, also. Home is very close to local amenities like Tesco Extra, Lidl and fast food (walking distance!).
