Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cabin which is centrally located in the heart of Texas. From the front porch of this 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom cabin, abundant wildlife can be seen year-round. Located a short distance from Brady, this property offers paved access from the Brady Lake Road and includes a paved walking path for bird watching, as well as picturesque Texas sunsets. Property owners are located in an adjacent house should any problems arise during your stay. The space Downstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed. Downstairs also provides a couch with double size pullout bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and dining table. Upstairs you will find a twin bed in the loft, a full bathroom, and bedroom with a queen size bed. Property owners are located in an adjacent house on the property should any problems arise during your stay. We invite you to take advantage of the 1/4 mile paved path that winds to the back of the property and leads to a cabana where you can picnic, enjoy a beverage or watch for our neighbor's longhorn, "Axis," in the pasture to the east! Please stick to the paved path so you do not end up trespassing on our neighbor's properties :) Guests are provided a 2-car carport to park under but can also park along the outer side of the circle drive; please do NOT block entrance to the main house. If towing a trailer or guests have more than 2 cars, please leave the interior of the circle drive clear to ensure vehicles can pull through without any vehicles having to be moved; this is also important in the event emergency vehicles need to access the property. Guest access The Cabin on the Rocks is located on 14 acres in the Heart of Texas, 1 mile from town, where oak trees, seasonal wildflowers, and wildlife abound. We encourage you to explore the property using the paved walking trail while sipping your morning coffee or evening beverage. The Cabin on the Rocks can be easily found by driving 1 mile west of Brady on 17th street, turning into the paved drive with the iron horse statue near the road. Upon booking, a keypad access code will be sent to the contact person on file.
