My secret base, where I can relax with the sunset and the sound of the waves Right in front of Roadside Station Futami, and a short walk to the sea.This is "Olive", a renovated old private house in Futami, the town of sunset. ■ Open one floor like a secret base The building has a unique semi-basement structure.The approximately 50 square meter interior has an open floor plan with no partitions, and the unpolished floors and plaster walls make it a compact, cute, and open space.It's perfect for relaxing with your loved ones. ■ Beach picnic with nothing to bring We have prepared a "picnic set (basket, cloth, tumbler)" exclusively for this inn.With a hand-drip coffee, you can lay down on a beach towel or read a book.Enjoy a luxurious "time to do nothing" on the beach at sunset. ■ Exceptional location ・ Within walking distance to the sea, and a convenience store is also nearby. ・ Local sushi restaurants and snack bars are also within walking distance. ・ 5-minute walk from Iyo-Nada Station, the next station from JR Shimonada Station, which is famous as a photo spot. ・ Free parking is available, about 40 minutes by car from Matsuyama Airport. Equipment: pot, frying pan, set of dishes. Coffee: We provide a free hand-drip set.Enjoy a morning wrapped in aroma by grinding original blend beans roasted in town. * Condiments are not provided.We recommend buying fresh local ingredients and seasonings at the "Roadside Station Futami" just across the street, the nearby "Y Shop", and the "Sokai Foods" store in front of Amano Station! ■ A bed area that invites a pleasant night's sleep There are 2 double size fluffy beds, so up to 4 people can sleep comfortably. If you wish to sleep 5-6 people or adults in separate beds: you can use a "trifold mattress" on the floor as an extra.(Up to +2) ■ Amenities Pajamas, towels, toothbrushes, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap [About Meals] Breakfast and dinner are available as options.If you would like to use it, please apply by the day before by message. Guest access When you go down from the road to the garden, There is a lovely dry garden with agave plants in front of the entrance. The shower outside can be used to wash off sand after playing in the sea. You can also take the sup board to the seaside in front of you and play freely. (In case of damage due to carelessness, etc., a repair fee may be charged) Other things to note ■ About the natural environment and sound Because the building is along a national highway, you may hear cars driving by at night. It is an old wooden house in a place rich with nature. We take great care in cleaning, but we hope you understand that it is difficult to prevent insects from entering.(The room is fully equipped with protective goods) ■ About staying with your dog For the whole family: You can stay with your precious dog. For dog lovers: As this is not a pet-only facility, there are no pet towels, cages, etc.Please bring a set that you are familiar with. About allergies: We take extra care when cleaning, but please be careful if you have animal allergies. ■ Meals and surroundings Futami is a quiet town with limited restaurants and shops open in the morning and evening. We recommend shopping in the city or the following "Dining options to enjoy the local area".
