Fabulous family home with garden

We have a lovely large, detached family house. Our home is ideal for a friends or family stay, sleeping 8+ with all the amenities you would want The house has a modern open plan kitchen and living space, two sitting rooms, four large double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, an office and ultra fast broadband. We have a very large completely enclosed garden and a garden cabin. We are perfectly situated for exploring vibrant Brighton, the countryside and London. Free parking. The space Our home is perfect for a family stay or social gathering. We can very comfortably sleep 8 (10+ on request). The house has a modern open plan kitchen and living space, two additional sitting rooms (both with Sky satellite TV, a full range of channels, Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+) and an office. We have a kitchen for cooks with plenty of any equipment you need. There is ultra fast broadband throughout the house, garage and cabin and lots of great spaces if you need to work from home. We have four large bedrooms, all with very comfortable king size beds! One of the beds can also be split into two twin beds. There are two modern bathrooms, one en suite with a bath and step-in shower and one family bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a very large completely enclosed garden with a mixture of decking, lawn and lush plant beds, and a fully insulated garden cabin for peaceful retreat. There is an outdoor dining area, seating and a gas BBQ. We have various activities on site/in the garage, including a well-equipped home gym and a table tennis table. While our children are grown and gone, we are very happy to dig out some toys from the attic for small people and we have stacks of games and jigsaws etc. You and your friends/family will be very comfortable here - we promise! We are perfectly situated for exploring Brighton, the Sussex countryside and for daily travel to London. We are 2-3 miles from Brighton seafront with miles of accessible beach and a flat cycling path, a very swimmable sea, an open-air 50m pool and a thriving beach promenade with activities, seafront shops, cafès and restaurants. Behind the beach is a modern, arty, liberal city with little lanes of small, individual shops and pubs, as well as smarter restaurants and big brand retail. There are several theatres and cinemas, and there is a thriving music scene. With a car, we are only 10 minutes’ drive from the Sussex Downs and the glorious Sussex countryside, with countless beautiful and interesting places to visit. The local station is 10 minutes’ walk away (5 minutes’ hop to Brighton, 1 hour ish to a choice of London stations). You can also get into town on foot (30-40 mins), by bike (15 mins) or on very frequent buses (10 mins) from a stop only 3 minutes walk away. And there are good parks within walking distance for humans or dogs. Guest access Guests will have full and sole access to the whole property including the garden, cabin and garage gym.
