Transportation: Bus stop 8 minutes away to connect with the city of Murcia. Taxi, Uber and Bolt are available in the area. Explore: Excellent access to highways. The coast is a 45-minute drive away. Guest access ‼️‼️ Shared spaces We share the spaces on the ground floor of our villa with other Airbnb travelers, so the use of these areas must be responsible and orderly: 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You have all the necessary cooking equipment to prepare your favorite dishes. 📺 Living-Dining Room: A spacious area ideal for relaxing and eating. 🌳 Patio and Relaxation: Go outside to enjoy a quiet area surrounded by trees, ideal for breakfast or dinner outdoors. 🏊 Pool: Relax in our pool (not heated), available for use year-round.
