The main living area forms the heart of the house and includes a traditional tiled stove, an elegant relaxation area, satellite TV and board games for quiet evenings. It also allows for occasional sleepovers for 2-3 people if needed. There is a second space upstairs, designed as a cozy children's playroom, providing a pleasant environment for the little ones. The property offers three beautifully furnished bedrooms: 1. Stylish bedroom on the ground floor with a large double bed for 2 people. 2. Spacious attic suite for 4 people with one large double and two single beds. 3. Third bedroom for 3 people with one double bed and one single bed. 4. Fourth bedroom for 2 people 8 (interconnecting) with two single beds. The total capacity of the cottage is 11 to 13 people, ideal for families, groups and luxury stays in nature. Other things to note For relaxing in the summer months on the sunny veranda of the cottage, there is a simple country seating area (either a table with two chairs or a bench or a daybed with mattresses). At the cottage there is also an outdoor covered seating area with a grill overlooking our pond, which is part of the barn, located right next to the cottage. Right next to the cottage there is also the possibility of swimming in the village's reservoir, as well as a sand volleyball court and a standard-sized soccer field. Duvets, towels, bottled drinking water intended for drinking and cooking instead of tap water, wood for the grill or fireplace are included in the price. And as an attention from the hostess, a bottle of sparkling wine.
