Stylish romantic country house

Stylishly romantic country cottage with its own pond and barbecue seating, a huge 3000m enclosed garden in a beautiful quiet environment of Klatovy surrounded by forests and meadows, water reservoirs and set in a historically rich area of castles and chateaux with good accessibility to Šumava, and ideal for various sports activities (hiking, cycling, skiing, fishing, parachuting (Klatovy airport), hunting disciplines, and adrenaline car rally - Šumava Klatovy). The space Cottage spaces with two social spaces (where one serves as the main living room with a tiled stove and a relaxation area, satellite TV and where board games are available, and where, among other things, it is possible to occasionally sleep for 2-3 people, and the second room, on the first floor, which is adapted as a playroom for children) and other three separate bedrooms: 1. (one bedroom with a double bed is for two people on the ground floor, 2. the second bedroom for 4 people is in the attic, which also has a double bed and two single beds, 3. The third bedroom can be prepared by arrangement for 2-4 people. In total, we can accommodate 10 to 12 people in the cottage). Other things to note A simple country seating area (either a table with two chairs or a bench or a couch with mattresses) is prepared for relaxation in the summer months on the sunny porch of the cottage. There is also an outdoor covered seating area with a barbecue overlooking our pond, which is part of the barn, located right next to the cottage. Right next to the cottage there is also the possibility of swimming in the water reservoir of the village, as well as a sand volleyball court and a standard size football field. Guests are provided with duvets, towels, bottled drinking water for drinking and cooking instead of tap water, wood for the grill or fireplace included. And as a courtesy of the hostess, a bottle of sparkling wine.
