Near Scottsdale’s 17-mile Greenbelt for walking and biking, with access to a private, non-heated community pool and hot tub. Close to hiking, local art & culture, dining, shopping, and nightlife, yet calm and restorative. The space Welcome to my artful Zen patio home, where each piece of furniture and artwork has been thoughtfully collected during my travels, with some original artwork created by me. The private bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, and a hallway bathroom primarily reserved for guest use. You’ll have access to a bright, open living and dining area with soaring 12-foot ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside to the tranquil patio, perfect for morning coffee, relaxing at sunset, or watching golfers pass by. Both the living room and the bedroom offer workspaces, ideal for work or quiet reflection. My small artist studio, tucked into the kitchen nook, adds a creative touch to the home. Guests are welcome to explore their creativity and enjoy painting during their stay (basic materials provided). The living room, kitchen, and patio are shared spaces. I aim to create a calm, respectful, and comfortable environment for all guests. I look forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests have access to the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. The primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom are private. The hallway bathroom is primarily reserved for guest use. During your stay I live in the home and work remotely, so I’m often around. I’m always happy to share local tips or chat over coffee or a glass of wine, but I also respect your space so you can enjoy a relaxed and independent stay.
