It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room/dining room, kitchen & 3-season room. The backyard is on bottom of a hill & backs up to a marsh. The paved driveway fits 3-4 vehicles. There’s a wide shoulder on the side of road, but I don’t recommend parking on the road. There is no parking on the road during winter months. Two large trees in the front yard provide some privacy, shade & some protection from rain & wind. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire house, except for 2 locked doors in 3- season room is storage space used by host. The front yard and the backyard are areas for guests to use. Guests may use fire pit wisely and with caution. Wood provided. Do not burn leaves and do not use when windy or during bans. Other things to note As per my house rules, NO pets are allowed at my Airbnb. It’s a liability, future guests may have allergies, the house is on main road, there isn’t a fenced yard and neighbors and/or their pets may have conflict with other animals. The house is on a busy road. There is a lot of traffic, but quiet inside and in the backyard. The house is located in North Syracuse, in the town of Clay. To get to backyard, you must walk down a hill. The backyard backs up to a marsh. Yale key pad is on the door on the left. * To use keyless door pad you press Yale button, numbers light up, enter your code & then the ☑️. To lock keypad from outside, press Yale button.
