Enjoy your own private suite in modern home. Full size bed in guest bedroom with private bathroom. Private living room for you to enjoy as well. Additional guest room available for modest extra charge. Quiet location in heart of Sewanee with breathtaking views and the best trails that are only minutes away by foot. 10 minute walk to campus. If I'm home, we'll share the kitchen, but I'm often away. The guest area has their own washer and dryer. There is an adorable cat who lives in the house. The space Feel free to use the patio outside the guest suite as well as the upstairs balcony (painted red). Enjoy use of the full kitchen. Guest access Private entrance to guest suite is at ground level of house; you are also welcome to use the entrance through the front door (upper level of house).
