This brand new cottage is a perfect rental near Sag Harbor's tranquil Long Beach and it's two blocks away from Serene Green Farmers Market. Everything in this cottage is brand-new and ready to be enjoyed. The space is an open concept with high vaulted ceilings, a sky light and plenty of windows. It is bright, airy and peaceful. You can also enjoy the outside that has a deck with lounge area and umbrella, a BBQ & dining area, fire-pit with chairs and plenty of yard space to rest & enjoy. The space This cottage has 2 bedrooms and a den with a queen size pull out. It sleeps 4-6 people comfortably. The house is fully equipped with essentials to cook, bathe, sleep, and relax. There's a 65" Sony smart TV in the main room and a smaller TV in the den. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The kitchen has all new LG appliances; gas stove/oven, microwave & refrigerator with an ice maker. The bathrooms have great showers with excellent water pressure. The bedroom on the first floor has sliding glass doors that lead to the outside deck. The den has a secretary desk and comfy sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. The second floor has a beautiful master bedroom with ensuite bath and a small area with a desk and loft view of the living space. The dinning table sits 4-6 comfortably and can be extended for additional guests. The home has central air-conditioning and heat and is equipped with high speed WiFi. Plus you have a full size Whirlpool washer and dryer when needed. Guest access The entire house is for rent. You will have full access of the house and yard space. We will be there upon arrival and departure in order to provide the keys and answer questions. Check in is between 3-4pm Check out is by 11 am Sag Harbor is a wonderful area to enjoy your vacation. There are plenty of wineries, farm-stands and beaches nearby, great restaurants, parks, boat rentals, golfing and tennis. Other things to note There is a 6 guest maximum for the house. Additional guests must pay $50/day per person.
