After a long day full of adventure and discovery, you will love returning to the warmth and charm of Lowena. With the help of a local designer the owners have used a clever mix of natural textures and colours, reminiscent of the Cornish coast and sandy beaches, to create a luxurious and calming space for you to enjoy. Downstairs, the living areas flow seamlessly with the spacious and contemporary combined kitchen, dining and living area benefitting from underfloor heating throughout. There is also a generous bedroom on the ground floor and large family bathroom. The living room centres around a modern inset log fire with plenty of comfortable seating perfect for cosying up on cooler nights with a glass of wine or enjoying a movie. This open plan space continues into the well-equipped kitchen with a central island and breakfast bar with soft marble worktops, creating a luxurious space to cook and socialise. The dining area, complete with stylish table and chairs has large bifold doors which open out onto a private terrace creating even more space and the feel of alfresco dining. Finally, we would just like to draw your attention to the fact that Lowena is one of the new properties in Phase 2 and therefore adjacent to the ongoing construction of Phase 3. The works will continue through 2023/24, but we do not expect them to inconvenience your holiday.
