Guest access - Guests will have access to the entire home (less Owner's Maintenance area on the lower level) - 10 acres is rented by a nearby farmer - must be respectful of this land, which is located around the tree from front window view. - Outbuildings on the property are also off limits and should not be explored Other things to note **Safety & Comfort** - Use caution when hiking and exploring the property - When using the wood-burning outdoor fire pit, exercise good judgment and never leave fires unattended, must be put out prior to heading in for the night. - Embrace nature and expect to encounter bugs both inside and outside. Keeping doors closed and disposing of trash properly will help minimize their presence. Trash will go in outdoor bins and taken each night to the street. - Hunting, use/handling of weapons, and shooting/target practice are expressly forbidden on this property! **Booking Requests* 1. We do not provide discounts or reduction in currently listed prices. 2. ONLY guests with rating of 4.5 stars and above will be allowed to stay at this property. Anything less than 4.5 stars is a violation of house/property rules and will be requested to cancel their reservation. 3. Pet fee: If you’re bringing a pet, please include them in your booking. We allow up to 2 pets only. If you’re bringing more than 2, please reach out to us first for approval.
