Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of the basement. Other things to note We are a pet friendly home but do ask that our guests keep pets downstairs only. The upstairs living area is carpeted and we do not allow pets up there. We do provide a gate on the stairs to help with this request. Please be sure to include any pets on your reservation when booking. Thank you! This house is heated and cooled by two ductless mini split systems, and both downstairs bedrooms have additional wall heaters. The downstairs unit is in the living room and it does a good job of heating and cooling the whole floor. Access to the house is paved but the pull through driveway is gravel. There is room here to accommodate trailers. The two bedrooms are located on the main floor with no stairs to access them. There is also a bath on this level. There is an additional living space with beds upstairs as well as another bathroom.
