The property has stunning granite rock formations and is regularly visited by kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, wombats and a celebration of birds including, galahs, cockatoos, kookaburras and weebills to name a few. The space Black Wattle Cottage has two bedrooms, a separate bathroom, woodburner, a family sitting and meals area off a modern, well stocked kitchen. Bring your boots and wander the property to take in the rural vistas, spot the wildlife or climb a rock formation. Black wattle Cottage is a relaxed, secluded retreat, well placed to unwind and take in what the magnificent highlands have to offer. 15 minutes from Yea, 35 minutes from Seymour, 60 minutes from Eildon or Nagambie, it is perfectly located to explore this stunning region. Guests are free to enjoy the whole house and land. The sperate main house is intermittently use by the owners. Please avoid paddocks with livestock and leave gates as you find them.
