The space The house sits on a secluded 4-acre hill, providing total privacy with no neighbors or traffic nearby! Nestled among beautiful oak trees it offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The driveway leads to a charming home with a wraparound porch, perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching the nature or unwinding with a book at sunset. Inside, the house boasts a cozy, inviting atmosphere with an open floor plan, large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The kitchen, a chef's dream, features modern appliances, ample counter space, and a large island that doubles as a gathering spot for family and friends. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, overlooks the scenic landscape, making every meal feel like a special occasion. This secluded haven not only offers peace and tranquility but also fosters a deep connection with nature, making it the perfect place to create lasting memories. Occasionally there might be a black bear crossing the property. For those who love to fish, Clear Lake is renowned for its abundant bass and other fish species, making it an angler’s paradise. Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize the entire home which is located on a private 4 acre lot. The property can be found at the end of a 2-mile dirt road with a driveway on an incline. Other things to note Up to 4 guests are allowed on the property. All guests and pets staying must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please describe the pet if you are planning to bring one. There is a $50 pet fee per stay. Please add your pet to the reservation when booking. If you are planning to charge your EV please notify us before. There will be an additional charge for that. We do not have a designated adapter for EV charging. Please note that the house is in a remote area with lots of wildlife. We have deer, skunk, squirrels, raccoons, ring tail cats and many different species of birds, that either call our property home or cross through regularly. There might be an occasional bob cat and black bear sighting. There are also some insects and spiders- none of them harmful. Approaching, feeding, harassing or hunting the wildlife is strictly prohibited on our property. Clear Lake also has its very own midge/ gnat which intermittently emerges during temperate weather. Though they may resemble mosquitoes, they are non-biting and are generally more interested in their own activities than bothering people or pets. They are attracted to light so guests may want to minimize outdoor lighting when not in use, and close doors quickly after entering/exiting the home when midges are present.
