The space Bright, spacious private room that’s perfect for a getaway weekend. Lovely king bed looks out on Silva Bay. A fold out couch allows you to bring your child. (Children under 12 are free). We supply a continental breakfast. Items include granola, yogurt, baking, fruit and quiche. The house is located in a heritage orchard of apples, plums, pears and various fruit bushes. Guest access Guests have their own private room and 4 pc bath. The room is spacious with a sitting area and breakfast nook. The private entrance has a small deck with a bay view. The room is separate from the main house. It is not wheelchair accessible and the entry is up a flight of stairs. During your stay There is no need to interact with the hosts. If you choose all communication can be done by text. If you enjoy chatting and learning about the island and it amenities your host Dave is available for interaction. Other things to note My wife had a basic level of ASL for hearing impaired guests needing this.
