Breithorn Junior is on the 3rd floor

for up to 3 persons approx. 55 m² Apartment Breithorn Junior can accommodate up to 3 people and is the more compact version of the Breithorn. The bedroom offers magnificent views of the imposing Loferer Steinberge. With a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room, the apartment stretches over an area of 55 square meters. Guest access In the basement is our washing machine and our dryer, these can be used with coin insert. Washing machine 4x1 euros and dryer 2x1 euros. Our patio in front of the house invites you for cozy hours. You are also welcome to grill a barbecue is available in the garden house. Our in-house sauna can be used from November to April. Opening hours according to the notice. We are happy to turn on the sauna in summer (May - October). However, an amount of 60 euros must be paid. And a registration the day before. Other things to note The city tax is not included in the price because we as a landlord are required to register every guest. Local tax is 1.70 per person per day. Mobility ticket From May 2025, the mobility tax will be active. This allows you to use all public transportations for free as tourists during your stay. We landlords are obliged to charge this tax in addition. Infants from 0-2 years old pay an extra cost of 10 euro per day. We are happy to provide a cot, changing mat and high chair if available. Please register in advance. Dogs are welcome, but fees apply.
