Rules for Hosting with Pets: We accept small and medium-sized dogs and cats, but to ensure a quiet and comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you follow the rules below. 1. Number and Size of the Animal • We only allow 01 (one) animal per reservation. • We only accept small and medium-sized dogs and cats. 2. Guest Responsibilities • The guest is fully responsible for the pet's behavior, safety, and well-being throughout the stay. • The pet must be up to date with vaccinations and free of fleas and ticks. • The guest must ensure that the animal is not left alone for long periods in the accommodation. • Any damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the guest, who must bear the repair costs. • If the animal exhibits aggressive or disruptive behavior, the guest must resolve the situation immediately. 3. Rules of Coexistence • The guest must ensure that the animal does not climb on beds, sofas or other furniture. • Excessive barking or behavior that may disturb neighbors and other guests should be avoided. • The pet must always be under the guest's supervision, whether inside the property or in outdoor areas. 4. Hygiene and Cleaning • The guest must collect all pet feces and waste and dispose of them properly. • The environment must be kept clean throughout the stay, avoiding the accumulation of hair and odors. • Before check-out, the guest must ensure that there is no dirt or damage caused by the animal. 5. Restricted Areas To maintain the comfort and hygiene of the space, animals cannot access: • Beds and sofas (any damage or dirt will be charged to the guest). • Swimming pool (for hygiene and safety reasons). 6. Extra Pet Fee • An extra fee per day will be charged for hosting the animal. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or even early termination of the stay.
