Whether you’re here to relax or celebrate, Rai Villa offers the perfect setting. 📍 Location : Conveniently located in Vedic Village, giving you easy access while still enjoying a peaceful escape from city noise. Families, friends, all males, all females or mixed group of friends known to each other can book the villa. Please note that 'No immoral activity' is allowed, so kindly do not book if you are not sure of guests till last minute. Guests booking to visit with escorts are strictly not allowed. Booking may be rejected once ids screened Guest access You have the villa to yourself when you are here. Separate entry and full privacy. Please carry xerox of all guest ids for entry though Vedic Village gate no 1. Caretaker is available between 10 am to 6 pm. He can come early if you need an early checkout. If you need a late checkin post 6 pm to 10 pm, kindly inform so that i can arrange for keys to be handed over. If you are an outstation guest and arriving after 10 pm ( due to late flight or train), please inform as i need to send a late mail to vedic estate to allow entry. Exit and entry is not allowed once you have checked-in (between 10 pm to 6 am) unless there is medical emergency. Other things to note Families, all men, all women, equal ratio of men and women allowed. Vedic estate charges car parking fee 200 per car. Local restaurants deliver at villa. Swiggy, zomato and blinkit deliver only till main gate or gate no 3 n 4. You will have to collect parcel from gate. Entry and exit after 10 pm is not allowed unless medical emergency or if flight and train delayed. Hookah is strictly not allowed. We have incurred huge damages in the past hence mentioning. Any damage to indoor or outdoor furniture or furnishing shall invite fine. Avoid spilling alcohol in the pool. It damages chlorinated water and changes colour of the pool. If you forgot to carry toileteries (showergel, shampoo and toothpaste) kindly ask the caretaker to provide you the same. We keep spares . Sugar, tealeaves and coffee sachet are also provided.
