Modern Mountain Escape

Welcome to Paradise! Come enjoy a peacful mountain escape without giving up the ammenities you need to stay comfortable. This spacious home was just fully remodeled and updated and is ready to host your family or friends for any occasion. Are you coming to ski/snowboard? The house is only 20 min from Soldier Mountain Ski Resort and 1.5hrs from Sun Valley! Coming to go hunting? Hiking? Mountain Biking? Snowmobiling? etc? Outdoor adventures of all sorts are right near this centrally located gem. The space Whether you came to explore the great outdoors or refresh and relax inside our newly remodeled, cozy home, we hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do! Please make yourself at home and make sure you catch a sunset or two going down behind the Soldier Mountains. It’s a certain type of beauty that refreshes the soul. The House: Single level (a couple steps to enter front door), 5 bedroom/2 full bath house, fully remodeled and updated. No pets allowed, no exceptions. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to host family gatherings or holidays. If you are needing something in particular, please ask! There is a full size fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, and well stocked coffee bar with a dual coffee machine for making single cups or large pots. The dining table can comfortably fit at least 8 and up to 12 (or more if you squeeze in!). The extra chairs are available in the closet. We love the kitchen/dining area with its unobstructed views of the mountains. We recently added a patio door out to a large furnished patio where you can enjoy outdoor eating, star gazing, morning coffee, etc. This is our favorite feature about our property! The Master Suite with large attached bathroom on one end of the house has a new queen bed and cozy sitting area. Luggage stands and a dresser are provided, a full length mirror, as well as a charging station for your devices. The bathroom has a large soaking tub, double vanity and walk in shower. The 3 bedrooms in the center of the house each have new queen beds, nightstands and lamps on both sides, a sitting chair, their own closet, and a mirror. The 5th bedroom at the end of the house by the TV room has 2 bunk beds with new Twin over Full mattresses. One of the beds also has a pull out trundle twin bed. There is a sitting chair, closet with plastic drawers, a lamp and nightlight (also provided in other areas of the house). The 2nd bathroom is central in the house with a tub/shower combo. The Front Living Room has a large sectional couch and 2 leather sitting chairs cozied up next to the fireplace. We are working on getting the fireplace safe and functional, but currently the house is heated with the electric furnace. There is no A/C in the house, but cracking the windows open at night & closing them during the day in the summer keeps it cool. The back TV Family Room has 2 large couches that fold out into full size beds, 2 comfy recliners, a large 65" telescopic arm smart TV, books, and some board games. There is a full size HE washer and dryer for use, a BBQ grill in the backyard, fans, and plenty of on-site/off-the-street parking. We are happy to asnwer any of your questions and hope you will be blessed to stay at our place in this little slice of paradise! Other things to note We don't allow any pets at the property. We have major allergies in our family, and we use this home often and can't make exceptions. No smoking or vaping inside, and no parties.
