Villa Lona is a detached three bedroom/ two shower room villa on the exclusive El Valle Golf Resort, around 15 minutes from the vibrant city of Murcia. It hosts a private pool in a fully enclosed and private rear tiled area, internally there is air conditioning to every room, additional fans and central heating for the winter. The space Villa Lona is a detached three bed villa on the exclusive El Valle Golf Resort, around 15 minutes from the city of Murcia and around fifteen minutes from the new Murcia airport. Alicante airport is around a fifty minute drive away. The villa has a private fully walled area to the rear with a private pool Bedroom one has a king size bed and ensuite shower room, bedroom two has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds, all curtains are fully lined to block out the sun and all windows have wooden shutters, there is a further shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with American fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and oven/hob and extractor fan, there are numerous sized plates, glasses, pots, pans and cutlery. The villa is about a fifteen minute walk from the one site Club House where the small gym is located, accessed by a key fob which is kept at the villa, there is a Spar store for all your shopping needs including fresh breads, fruit and vegetables a bar and restaurant, which is summer often has music and other events on. The villa has full air con, this is chargeable with a meter that accepts one and two euro coins, all other utilities are included and there are additional fans on the bedrooms. There is a local charge of 110euros for cleaning and preparing the villa for your arrival this includes supplying fresh towels and bedding and is charged locally. El Valle has 24 hour security with a security manned entrance, bins for trash and recyling are just a few minutes from the villa and there is private parking for two cars to the front. There is a 55 inch TV with an app loaded containing thousands of multi language channels, Netflix, Prime etc are also available. There is a BBQ room built to the side and accessed from the lounge, there is a wooden table and seating for six with a small sofa set too, the room exits to the pool area, where there is a further sofa set under a pergola and another table and six chairs for eating outdoors. The villa has only been advertised on AirBnB since August 2024, discounts are available for longer stays. Guest access The entire villa is available to rent as a private house and pool. Other things to note Please note air con is available throughout the house, use is charged for via a meter which accepts 1 nd 2 euro coins, all other utilities are included in the house as is full central heating for winter time.
