The residence is pedestrianized for the safety and calm of the residents. Car access is only allowed for less than 20 minutes, only for the transfer of luggage during check-in and check-out or to drop off groceries. Free parking for vehicles is available at the entrance of the residence. Apart from a closed trunk belonging to the owner, tenants have access to the entire chalet. Other things to note FIRE RISK: - Fires of any kind are strictly prohibited throughout the residence and it is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground. - Access to the forest and hiking trails of Mont Saint Loup may be limited or prohibited by the prefecture in the event of a significant fire risk. PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS: - In the off-season from September to June, the chalet is rented "by the month" with a minimum of 28 nights. - Schedule: - Check-out between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. - Arrivals between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Extra charge per pet of €15 per stay. - Good quality 4G/5G internet reception on site.
