You will have a spacious 56 m² accommodation with separate kitchen and bathroom. An outdoor space is reserved for you to enjoy the sun and tranquility. Near the accommodation, many sports and tourist activities are available. The space Perfect for active winter and summer holidays, the property is located at the foot of the Col de Cou pass and the Habère-Poche/Hirmentaz ski resort, where there are numerous hiking trail departure points. You will be 10 minutes from Lake Geneva and Sciez beach and 15 minutes from the sandy beach of Excenevex. To relax, a TV with Netflix access is at your disposal. For the more active, several leisure / water bases offer kayak rentals, paddles, windsurfing, catamarans, etc. Rafting, hydrospeed, mountain biking will also be offered. Escalation and via ferrata sites are also accessible. In winter, the surrounding ski resorts (Habère-poche and Hirmeraz 15min, Thollon-les-Mémises, 45min, Avoriaz 45 min, and all Swiss resorts) will allow you to practice skiing, snowboarding, sled dogs, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, etc. Ideally located, you can also enjoy visiting the cities of Thonon-les-bains (15 minutes), Geneva and its magnificent water jet (35 minutes), Evian-les-Bains (25 minutes), Chamonix (1 hour), Annecy (45 minutes) and even Lausanne with a boat getaway. The picturesque village of Yvoire is 20 minutes away, Geneva International Airport is 50 minutes away.
