For 1 or 2 guests, in the north bristol area and located close to Bristol parkway station it is handy for rail and bus routes to bristol centre, Cribbs causeway shopping, Bath and even Cardiff. Bed & Breakfast is offered but not evening meals. With free off-street parking you'll enjoy your time at this cheerful B&b having a large-ish double bedroom and adjacent shared bathroom. You can also make use and relax in our lounge areas including conservatory and garden. The space All guest rooms are on the ground level. The guest rooms are not separate to the hosts accommodation which are in the upstairs rooms. Guest access Guests can make use of the lounge, conservatory and garden areas. On a nice evening. a glass of wine on the patio watching the sunset is a must. (but bring the wine with you) During your stay The hosts will be available as their bedrooms are upstairs. Other things to note 1. Regretfully we do not have facilities to have babies or very young infant / children below 8 yrs. 2. Guests Use of kitchen - This is limited to the use of the standalone microwave only. 3. Guests Use of the Bath - The listing assumes the guest use of the bathroom shower. Requests for use of a hot bath should be put to the Host and if sufficient hot water is available for other guests usage then this may be considered but at an extra cost. 4. Guests use of Washing and Dryer - The listing assumes that if the guest stays over 4 days then guests may request the use of the washing machine free of charge.
