You’ll want to come back time and time again! The space Take in all there is to explore on the property. There are trails for you to stroll through the beautiful red shanks. Lay on your secluded patio and drift away in your thoughts with the stunning mountain view. Head to the shared backyard and take a soak in the hot tub, relaxing under the perfect view of millions of stars! Have a game night with the several games I’ve made available to you, or use the acrylic paints and mini canvas I provide to paint your favorite view to take home with you. Come check out the shared space in the backyard of my house (about 100 feet from your RV) where there is a beautiful garden, green grass, a nice pavilion, and a flowing fountain, all 100% created by me. Sit under the shade tree, read a book, sunbathe in the summer, enjoy the hot tub, play cornhole, or sit by the fire pit. And don’t forget to make yourself at home and use the hot tub as often as you like. Please be aware that this is a rural area, so you might encounter wildlife such as snakes, bobcats, mountain lions, coyotes, and rabbits. The closest grocery store is Walmart in Temecula, so I recommend coming prepared. I generally have sodas, beer, and wine available for an additional charge if you ask. Guest access You are able to explore any outdoor spot on the 5.26 acre property. There is a dirt road up above the RV. Don’t walk past those private property signs as that is the neighbors land. You are free to explore the shared back yard and use the amenities such as cornhole, BBQ grill, fire pit, gas fire pit, etc. make yourself at home. I only ask you please stay out of the garage and main house. Other things to note I have a small fire pit available for you to use, but please be responsible as this area is in a fire hazard zone. Bring your own bundles of wood or scavenge in the many wood piles throughout the property. Always keep the spark catcher top on, and be aware that if the weather is bad, such as during high winds, the fire pit may not be available. There is a full-size bed for 2 people and a couch that pulls out for an additional 2 people. If your additional 2 people would like to set up a tent near the RV, you may also do that. Just ask me for the tent I have available on request. If you are bringing your dog with you, please make sure you have a blanket covering the couch and dinette seats before allowing dogs to sit/lay. I do not allow you to leave your dog unattended in the RV while you are gone during your stay. Any damages will be billed to you. I do not allow more than 2 dogs in the RV. I ask that during your stay, when you are out sightseeing, you don’t leave the AC on, as it uses a lot of energy and it doesn’t take that long to cool down the space when you get back. I have T-Mobile and get pretty good cell reception in most spots on the property. On some of the other Airbnbs in the area, if you’re higher up in the valley, there will be no service. It seems two couples and two kids. Maybe three couples if not too tall.
