You know that planned group trip that got postponed? An entire apartment at your disposal, with a covered parking space, family atmosphere, 800 m from the Itaparica waterfront, to have a fun time with your friends. Large living room, full kitchen, 3 en-suites (2 with air conditioning), large balcony, kid space, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, smart TV, accommodating up to 7 people and up to 2 small pets in comfort. Our motto is to offer much more than lodging, but great assistance! The space The apartment is cozy, functional, on a quiet street, close to Boulevard Shopping (3 min by car), with an Extrabom Supermarket and free parking, close to useful commercial establishments: bakery, pharmacy, snack bars, pet shop, beauty salon, etc. It is about 20 km from the airport (about 1 hour by car). Guest access The entire apartment, consisting of a living room, three en-suites, kitchen, service area, balcony, 1 covered parking space are available to guests, with access to the apartment via stairs. Other things to note The building does not have an elevator, and access is via four flights of stairs. Therefore, we do not recommend it for people who have mobility issues.
