Entry is through a main gate (a gate code would be provided to you to open gate) and then once you park, you would enter a code to enter the building, then a key to enter the apartment. We have included a photo in the listing in an effort to describe the exterior. There is 24/7 access through the main gate. A parking spot if offered along with space for a fishing boat and hook up (ideal for fishing trips!). Any questions we are happy to answer promptly!
