Great location – Nature, history and service nearby The house is within walking distance to both Møllebukta and Madlatuå, two of the nicest natural areas in Stavanger: Møllebukta (10 min walk) – An idyllic swimming area with beach, large green areas for picnics and the famous Sword in the mountain monument, which marks the battle of Hafrsfjord in 872. In spring, summer and autumn you can also enjoy an ice cream kiosk that sells refreshments – perfect after a trip or a bath in the fjord! Madlatuå (5 min walk) – A popular hiking area with great trails, forest and beautiful views of Hafrsfjord. Perfect for both walks and runs. You can get there by bus and ferry from Stavanger or car via the Ryfast tunnel. Flørli (4,444 steps) – The world's longest wooden staircase! You get here by boat from Stavanger or Lauvvik. The Kjeragbolten (about 2 hours) – A dramatic mountain hike for the adventurous. Bus goes from Stavanger to Øygardstølen in the summer.
