The space Our deluxe room: Amenities: - 1 Queen size bed 🛏️ - Non-smoking room - Air-conditioned room - WiFi - Shower, heater, bidet and bathtub - toiletries and towels - 24/7 electricity (except brown-out) - Filtered Water - Private balcony with Lakeview - Bed and breakfast only Freebies included: Parking 1 - Kayaking (2-seater) Free island visit - The crew will assist you to the boat ride going to island, you can do the free kayaking and picnic (optional) **Overnight in the island is not included in the freebies** Policies: 1. Children aged 3 years old and below sharing the same bed stay for free. 2. Additional guest will be charged an extra fee (meals not included). 3. An incidental/damage deposit of ₱1,000 (cash) will be collected upon arrival. 5. Charges for stained or damaged beddings and linens: • Bed: Charge depends on the extent of damage/stain • Linen: ₱600 • Pillowcase: ₱300 • Towel: ₱600 6. Room key must be surrendered before check-out. Lost or missing key will be charged ₱600. 7. Smoking penalty: ₱2,000. 8. This room can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons - extra bed ₱1000 9. Quiet hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. 10. Rooms are not soundproof. Please keep noise to a minimum. Restaurant/Cafe: We cater food for your convenient - price starts ₱250/meal Please note that the rate given is for 2 adults only. Extra charge will apply after 2 persons.
