For up to 3 people, approx. 55 m² is on the 1st floor Our cozy apartment Eiblhorn Junior offers a charming retreat in the middle of the picturesque landscape. This lovingly designed apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy the beauty of nature. With one bedroom and a private bathroom, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Other things to note The local tax is not included in the price as we as landlords are required to register each guest. The local tax is 1.70 per person per day. Mobility ticket From May 2025, the mobility tax will be active. The mobility tax of 0.50 per person per day is levied on all taxable overnight stays, i.e. for all guests aged 15 and over. This allows you as tourists to use all public transport for free during your stay. We landlords are obliged to charge this fee in addition. Toddlers from 0-2 years old pay an extra charge of 10 euros per day. We will gladly provide a crib, changing mat and high chair if available. Please register in advance. Dogs are welcome here, but fees apply. Per dog and day/night €20 - €25. Depending on the size. Please let us know in advance. Thank you On the day of departure, the trash must be disposed of in the bins provided for this purpose. Please separate the garbage. The bins are located in the underground garage. Please observe the check-out times at 9:30 AM!
