The house is designed for comfort and style, with top-of-the-line appliances and thoughtfully curated details throughout. Whether you're basking in the sunshine or watching a dramatic coastal storm roll in, you'll find peace and serenity here. For the surf enthusiasts, simply grab your board and step straight from the lawn into the surf. Please note, two bedrooms are locked off for owners' storage. Come refresh your spirit, relax, and unwind in this perfect beachfront sanctuary. Guest access There are two bedrooms that will be locked off and unable to be used. Please be aware the property has 2 bedrooms (one bunk room with 4 beds) one master for use , PLUS a beautiful warm cabin with internet, TV, heater 20 steps from the house, still 3 bedrooms in total. Other things to note 6 pax limit. Cleaning charge includes laundering of 2 bunks, master king bed and cabin queen. Anything used above this will require a further charges. My cleaners min charge is $190, then she charges extra for over 4 beds for laundering. BBQ available on a self clean basis. Please note there will be an extra charge for BBQ if this requires cleaning on your departure. Please DO NOT leave pergola blinds in the wind as they will break. And ensure outdoor furniture is left as you found it or that blows away.
