Very comfortable and quiet home, close to city centre. Easy walking distance of Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Cornhill hospital and University of Aberdeen. There's very convenient public transport connections to the airport, train/bus station and ferry terminal. Rosemount (featured in TimeOut's 50 coolest neighbourhoods) is 10 minutes walk away and has a great selection of independent cafes, restaurants and shops. The Cairngorms are 45 minute drive and there are many stunning coastal walks nearby. The space There are 2 large bedroom, both containing a double bed. There is a fully-equipped kitchen containing everything you might need, alongside an open plan kitchen-dining-living space. The 2nd bedroom contains a standing desk that can be used as a work space if required. There is a outside dining area in the garden, which is a real suntrap in the summer months and an excellent place to eat whilst surrounded by wildflowers. There is free on-road parking outside the property and people don't usually have any trouble finding parking places. Guest access This listing includes access to the whole house. I live in the house full-time- renting it here when I'm away, so you will have access to a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you might need.
