The property has everything needed for holiday living. The bedrooms are air conditioned to ensure a restful night's sleep, while the rest of the condo enjoys fresh island breezes. We enjoy spending time on the back patio, listening to the waves. The patio leads onto a nice grassy lawn with loungers facing the sea, a guitar pool. Note: We are not a Quarantine Approved Accommodation Site The space Located on South Coast Rd, this apartment is a few minutes away from the lively St. Lawrence Gap, Accra Beach, Quayside Plaza, the South Coast Boardwalk and Sandy Beach. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport, and a 15 minute drive to Bridgetown. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is on the ground floor of the 14-unit complex. It features a living area, kitchen with bar counter top and a spacious patio which opens up onto the garden and the guitar-shaped pool area. The ocean is about 20 steps away. The unit is fully-furnished and equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, cable TV, free WiFi, telephone, DVD player, ipod/iphone music station, linen and towels. The 2 bedrooms have air conditioners, while the tropical breezes and electrical fans keep the rest of the condo cool. Things that aren't there, like food, can be purchased at the supermarket directly across the street! There is room for 1 parking space and overflow parking can be accommodated in the supermarket parking lot. There are a few bus stops within 50ft and taxis are a phone call away. There is a weekly cleaning service included. While the apartment is very central, you won't know it once you enter as the sounds of crashing waves fill the air. Guest access Guests have full use of the gardens, lounge chairs and the pool. There is one parking spot assigned to the condo. Other things to note The Barbados government has asked hosts to collect a 10% tax on all stays. Please note that a 10% tax will be added to the rate you are quoted.
