The space Boskins Barn has the flexibility to comfortably sleep 5 individuals in two bedrooms. Choose either king size or twin beds in the en suite bedroom. The main bedroom can accommodate 3 single beds or a king size and a single. This bedroom is situated next to the family bathroom with a feature bath. The barn also benefits from a downstairs shower room and a living room with sofa bed on request. The large fitted kitchen/dining room is equipped with a full range of AEG appliances including induction hob, two ovens, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guests to use in the utility room. Dine al fresco on the patio which can be accessed directly from the kitchen whilst enjoying the spectacular view of Clougha Pike or cosy up with a blanket in front of the log burner in the living room on cooler nights. Freesat TV and WiFi will complete your stay. Parking space for several cars including an EV charging point (at an additional charge) is located right next to the barn as well as storage for bikes. There are plenty of great cycle routes in the area. Guest access Guests will have sole occupancy of the whole barn for the duration of their stay. Other things to note The old cattle barn dates back to the 18th century and was converted to a luxury holiday let in 2024. It sits in the centre of a working farm surrounded by fields and woodlands, with a pond fed by a delightful stream. Wildlife surrounds you with pheasants, hares, roe dear and owls regular visitors. Sheep and cattle graze the land depending on the time of year and the free range chickens roam around the gardens.
