One bedroom apartment in converted garage. Located down a dirt road in peaceful, quiet woods—this spot is surrounded by fresh air and birdsong. Enjoy the town of Brooklin and its seagoing offerings. There is a sleeping loft with two additional single beds. Other things to note There are four steps at a moderate incline to both the bathroom and kitchen. This apartment is not suited for guests with mobility issues. The sleeping loft has a four and a half foot ceiling. While it is ideal for children, two adults may also sleep comfortably upstairs if they don't mind stooping :) Our main house is approximately 250 feet from the garage.
