Rare & charming, Nandi hill view luxury farmstay

This is an exceptionally rare property with an uninterrupted view of the Nandi Hills, the fields, forests around and the night sky. The farmhouse is centrally built for a retired couple who love traveling and are predominantly travelling abroad to visit their son. They also love traveling across the country. They live on the ground floor of this property when they are in town. The sunset and sunrise views are breathtaking, during monsoon, you can watch the clouds come down. The space It is a spacious, minimalistic and yet comfortably luxurious property. This listing is for the two master bedrooms on the first floor, which also includes one shared family room, the viewing deck, balconies all across the floor and the terrace. The two master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and there is an additional bathroom on the ground floor for emergencies. NOTE: ELECTRICITY CAN BE AN ISSUE IN RURAL AREAS, IT IS EXTREMELY RARE AND ONLY HAPPENS DURING OCASSIONAL MAINTENANCE WORK BUT WE CANNOT CONTROL IT. WE DO HAVE POWER BACK UP BUT WE CAN'T GUARANTEE IT WILL BE ENOUGH FOR A LARGE GROUP. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS POSSIBILITY WHILE MAKING A BOOKING. Guest access Guests can access two master bedrooms on this floor, the entire floor has three master bedrooms and a family room, out of which guests can access the two master bedrooms and the shared family room. There's a private viewing deck on the first floor and guests can also access the terrace. The land area and garden area are also available for the guests to explore, however, during monsoons, there are risks of encounters with reptiles and other bugs. Other things to note We provide home cooked meals at an additional cost. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR FOOD COSTS. We can also arrange and set up Barbecue at an additional cost. Please note, since we are a homestay, all our prices are at MRP and we source everything locally. We serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, but we first check with our guests on their preferences. Children under the age of 10 will be charged at 50% less. Alternatively, there are plenty of restaurants and food joints from where we can arrange delivery, we can share the menu in advance. There are five star properties at a short distance of about 20 minutes drive, so you can also go to Prestige Golfshire or JWT for a meal. To explore the surrounding area of the farm, you will need comfortable walking shoes. There are two trails for exploration: 1) Trail to the lake through the fields, you might spot peacocks here on the way. This trail can be filled with mud and slush only during monsoon. 2) Trail into the woods, this trail is in the opposite direction and you can spot peacocks here too. Again, the trail may have mud and slush during monsoon but it's a beautiful trail with enchanting views. If you would want us to arrange a trail walk, please let us know. The trail walks can happen at 5 pm in the evening and 8 am in the morning. You can choose a preferred slot. You can also casually take a stroll around the area. The views from the property right now are breathtaking so please do enjoy the views of the sunset and sunrise through the viewing deck and through your rooms. If the sky is clear, we also get an uninterrupted view of the moon.
