Our Beach Themed Basement Bedroom awaits you! Our 2016 Home is nestled in a cozy safe and quiet neighborhood. Access is just steps inside the front door and with a list of extras a mile long, you won’t be disappointed you BOOKED WITH US! BONUS: Puppy kisses come with each stay! The space The bedroom has a Queen memory foam bed, dresser, a work desk, Smart 32” TV, DVD player, Dyson fan/heater, and full length mirror. Just outside your door is a coffee bar with fridge, Keurig, tea, cocoa, snacks. The bathroom is stocked with towels, robes, hair dryer, and most items you need. I have worked hard to decorate the room in a cute beach decor. We work hard to give our guests those extra touches to make your stay with us positive and enjoyable. Guest are free to use the porch, patio, gazebo, & theater room. Dogs are kept on the main and 2nd floor and gated off from the basement. So unless you want to luv on them, we try to keep them from interacting with you. However, they get very excited when they see you come and go. Sometimes they may slip past us to say "HI" they luv people so much. Guest access When you book, a 4 digit code to access the home will be sent to you the day of Check in. *** MAKE SURE TO PULL DOOR HANDLE TOWARDS YOU WHILE UNLOCKING*** During your stay We are very happy to hang out with our guests & have kept a few as friends along the way! Other things to note You will have the basement to yourself most of the time. We use the theater room about once a week or less. That’s the 2% of the time the bathroom is “shared”, when a theater user needs the toilet. All Guests must be 13 years of age or older. Late or rescheduled check-in windows may result in a fee of up to $30 if we have to hire a helper due to a schedule conflict. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out’s are available upon request. However, there may be a fee of up to $30 each to accommodate the request. **We are LGBTQ friendly. **We prefer guests who LOVE dogs too. **We prefer guests who DO NOT smoke/vape. **If guests are local; we prefer guests with a permanent address when reservation is booked. We often will foster another dog from our local Rescue. So you may see a new face when you arrive. We often whelp, so you could even see a litter of newborn pups if you wanted!
