It is not a simple construction, but the culmination of a dream nurtured for years by its owner, a log construction enthusiast, the ancestral art of building with raw logs. Each trunk has been carefully selected, hand-debarked, precisely adjusted, and then stacked in accordance with traditional techniques. Wood, a living material, tells a story here, a story of patience. The owners did everything themselves, from foundations to finishes, it is a construction of passion and authenticity. The log, beyond its rustic and warm aesthetic, is an ecological material par excellence. Solid wood naturally regulates humidity, offers remarkable insulation in winter and summer, and creates a healthy, enveloping, almost magical indoor atmosphere. Other things to note - In order to enjoy the terrace and the jacuzzi on rainy days, or cool evenings, it is possible to close the terrace with outdoor curtains. - The 2 bedrooms on the floor are attics, in order to keep the cabin spirit, the small side overlooking the mezzanine is closed by a blackout curtain. - The outdoor park is very large, ideal for enjoying many outdoor activities (bocce, Landes bowling, volleyball, ping pong...).
