The space Villa Magnolia Guest House is a strictly Adults-Only Guest House (no persons under the age of 19) located in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, perfect for relaxing and taking in the amazing view. Sit on your comfy loungers with your morning coffee and watch the paddle boarders on the water, and in the evening, you can relax with a nice glass of Okanagan wine and watch the sunset. Unlike most accommodations in this area, Villa Magnolia Guest House is right in the middle of it all, yet still provides a peaceful oasis for guests. Perfectly situated in the heart of Okanagan wine country, you can walk to seven wineries, as well as the restaurants and shops of Naramata Village. The KVR trail is nearby for biking and hiking, and a number of outstanding golf courses are an easy, beautiful drive away. Villa Magnolia also sits in the epicentre of Okanagan wine touring, with 42 wineries on Naramata Bench alone. Designer touches are featured throughout The Nest suite, with a luxurious, dreamy King bed, a selection of pillows, high-end appointments, air conditioning to ensure our guests are comfortable. There is a kitchen, where every detail has been thought through. Complimentary coffee, and a selection of teas and sweeteners, and cream are provided. The large living and dining room features comfortable seating, and looks out to the stunning lake views. The living room also includes a flatscreen HDTV with full cable package, and Netflix. Your large deck area features comfortable lounge chairs, a stainless steel Weber BBQ, and an outdoor bistro set for al fresco dining overlooking the best lake views in Naramata. Guest access The Nest is a spacious suite where you can enjoy complete privacy. The suite has a kitchen, spa bathroom, large living and dining room with lake views, a spacious bedroom and your own patio with a BBQ and those spectacular views. Guests are also welcome to lounge in the beautiful Villa Magnolia gardens. Please note that there are no guest visitors allowed on Villa Magnolia property at any time for any reason, only the booked guests in each of the three suites. No exceptions will be made. Other things to note Check in starts at 4pm on the day of your arrival. Check out is no later than 10am on the day of your departure. We're sorry, but we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs at any time. No guest visitors allowed on the property at any time for any reason, with no exceptions.
