On the main floor, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room. Just off the kitchen is a deck where you can grill, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful setting. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first features a queen bed, and you walk through it to reach the bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom includes one queen bed and two full beds, perfect for families or groups. In the basement, you’ll find a welcoming family room, bar area, laundry space, and access to another deck with views of nature all around. The home sits on just under 5 acres, only a mile from Black River Falls, Wisconsin, and is conveniently located off I-94 for easy access. The property offers walking trails, a creek, scenic views of the Black River, and even an eagle’s nest, perfect for birdwatching and catching glimpses of these majestic birds flying in and out or raising their young. 🦅 You’ll also be close to downtown Black River Falls with its charming shops, boutiques, and great local restaurants. Feel free to explore the creek and enjoy the peaceful water views. There's also a fire pit available for you to relax and make lasting memories. We kindly ask that you do not access the garage or shed, and please refrain from using any items stored in them.
